Godrej MSR City is a grand project of apartments by the well-known builder Godrej Properties at Shettigere in North Bangalore.
It spans an area of 62 acres, and Phase 1 of the project is on 19 acres.

Phase 1 consists of 31 towers across six buildings, each rising 15 floors high, with four units per floor and three elevators. A unique highlight is the 1.2 acres set aside for a school or hospital. The project has five lavish clubhouses of 1.5 lakh square feet. Each phase has a clubhouse, and there are two community clubhouses in the enclave. Other amenities here are a swimming pool, gymnasium, amphitheatre, and multiple sports courts.
The tentative prices of the apartments are from Rs. 1.14 crores to Rs. 1.47 crores onwards.
The charges to be paid in addition to legal fees and duties are those for registration, GST, and utility. Payment of GST has to be made for the instalments.
Buyers can reserve their homes after filling out an application form and then submitting the KYC documents. A cheque or direct deposit (DD) of 10% is to be given at the time of booking.
Buyers can also submit an EOI to avail of exclusive pre-launch offers and secure their preferred homes before the project’s official launch. The EOI amount is Rs. 6 lakhs for a 2-BHK apartment and Rs. 9 lakhs for a 3-BHK apartment.
The project is RERA-approved, and it will be completed in March 2030.
The sale deed will be registered upon completion. Registration of the apartments will be after the payment of the total amount and all additional fees.
Godrej Properties is a developer that is well-trusted by all banks and finance organizations. Buyers will have no issues with obtaining home loans.
The builder is known for on-time project completion and delivery of homes. There will be compensation given according to RERA if there is a delay in the build.
